}}Accelerated Reader (AR) encourages reading practice by allowing students to earn points after reading (or being read) select AR books.
Point goals[edit]
Points are awarded based on book difficulty and percentage of quiz questions answered correctly, with less than 60% correct earning zero points.
Find an AR book[edit]
AR points can be earned only on select AR books (for which an AR quiz is available). You can find AR books in the following places.
- Any book listed at AR BookFinder
Read the book[edit]
Books may be read to a student, students may read on their own, or any combination in-between.
